At Abdullah Fabric, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our return, exchange, and voucher terms.
You may request a return or exchange within 03 days from the date of delivery if any of the following conditions apply:
The product is damaged, defective, stained, wrong, or incomplete
The product received does not match the size ordered
The parcel or box was received opened or unsealed (must be reported immediately)
The product must be unused, in original packaging
All tags, labels, and protective stickers must be intact
Proof (images or videos) must be provided within 03 days of delivery
Failure to meet these conditions may result in rejection of the claim.
Once you contact us with complete details, our team will review your request
If approved, we may:
Schedule a pickup from your address, or
Guide you to the nearest exchange location (if applicable)
Exchanges on sale or discounted products are only allowed if:
The product received is incorrect or defective

Size exchanges are subject to availability and approval.
Due to differences in screen displays, lighting, and photography, minor variations in color or texture may occur.
Products cannot be exchanged or returned for this reason.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Innerwear products (due to hygiene reasons)
Accessories, fragrances, and cosmetics
Wooden boxes
Groom or ceremonial collections
Sale articles (unless defective or incorrect)
Customized or made-to-order items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must provide clear images or videos showing the issue within 03 days of delivery.
This step is mandatory for claim verification and resolution.

You may be asked to ship the product back after approval.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
Returns and exchanges are processed within 5–7 working days after receipt
During peak periods, processing may take up to 14 working days
Cash refunds are not offered
In cases where an exchange is not possible, store credit / voucher may be issued
Store credit is:
Applicable online only
Non-transferable
Not redeemable for cash
If a customer refuses delivery, no refund will be issued.
A store credit may be provided once the item is returned to our warehouse.
Vouchers are valid only on the Abdullah Fabric website
Each voucher:
Is one-time use
Cannot be combined with other vouchers
Cannot be exchanged for cash
Any unused balance will be forfeited
Voucher processing time: 5–10 working days
Currently, returns and exchanges are not available for international orders
All international products are quality-checked before dispatch
Refused international shipments are not eligible for refund or compensation
In exceptional cases, if an exchange is approved:
Customers must ship items back to Pakistan at their own cost
All customs, duties, and shipping charges are borne by the customer
Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange internationally
Customized or made-to-measure items cannot be returned or exchanged.
If there is an error in measurements or alterations:
You must provide clear pictorial evidence
We will review the case and attempt to resolve the issue where possible
