DELIVERY TIME (PAKISTAN)

• Estimated delivery time for major cities: 1–3 working days

• Estimated delivery time for other cities & remote areas: 3–5 working days

Customers are requested to remain available on the provided contact number so our delivery partners can reach them if required.

Delivery timelines are subject to:

• Product availability

• Successful order confirmation

During sale periods or high-volume campaigns, order processing and delivery may take longer than usual.

Important Note:
For safety and accountability, we strongly recommend having your orders delivered to your personal or residential address. Abdullah Fabric will not be liable for loss or damage if delivery is requested at a self-pickup point or courier office.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

• Estimated dispatch time for international orders: 5–7 working days after order confirmation

• Delivery time may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and courier service

Once an international order is “in process”, it cannot be canceled.

Customers are responsible for:

• Shipping charges

• Customs duties, taxes, or import fees

During sale events, international deliveries may take longer than normal.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Prepaid orders can be canceled within 6 hours of order placement

• Cancellations approved within this window will be refunded via store credit / voucher

Once an order status changes to “in process”, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified.

PAYMENTS THROUGH CARDS

We strive to provide a safe and secure shopping experience.
In certain cases, payment verification may be required as per bank or payment gateway guidelines to prevent fraud.

Verification may be requested via call or email.

Abdullah Fabric reserves the right to cancel any order if payment is declined or flagged by the authorized payment institution.

Within Pakistan

• Flat shipping charge: PKR 149 per order

International Orders

• Shipping charges vary depending on destination, city, and courier rates

• Charges can be calculated at checkout after entering the delivery address

• Taxes and duties (if applicable) are not included and must be paid by the customer upon delivery

TRACK YOUR ORDER

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS

• Orders can be tracked using the courier link provided in the dispatch message
